The thing is that muslims already have big numbers in various european countries and have a way higher fertility rate and lets not forget about constant immigration from muslim countries, muslims live off state welfare by making multiple kids because the state pays a specific sum of money per child till the kid is 18 to families who are poor, basically encouraging them to breed like rats for gibs so the threat muslims pose is actually real.

while Muslims in Europe average a full child more per woman (2.6).

That used to be a lot higher 25 years ago.

But it is still still higher than the natives, the replacement might be slower that what it was before but is still happening.
