Reply to Eric Striker: He is griping about use of "freedom" as a label for ideology. I think this rant is a misdirected issue. The abstraction ES is seeking to call out is the application of "freedom" as a 'sweet thing' to help promoters of ideology get their medicine to be sw-allowed. Because 'freedom' means without some nasty stuff (eg. 'shit-free'), the bitter taste of which needs to be hidden from a target audience (eg. technocracy). His "obligation" series of axioms are not universally accepted (of course, Striker is talking for NSDAP). There is no universal morality. ES is ranting socialist utilitarianism, aka "for the greater good", a fallacy.

notice 'shit-free' means clean, but 'free-shit' means some non-specific stuff is available $cost-free, lol

Mucking Socialism is riddled with flaws. It's a top-down system that's only good for the (((elites))) running the show.
