This is a really good question. Personally I have a strong bullshit radar and I really don't like mass marketing techniques (although I'm sure many of them work on me and I don't even know it!). That being said my favorite way to market is narrow, personable communication. One thing I've been doing to promote dar for a long time is commenting in other online communities I frequent that are not alt right. I make comments that might piss some people off but are not so inflammatory that they'd get my comment removed.

One example is I follow a Germanic american body builder youtuber named Jeff. He's been dating an asian chick for years and uses her in a lot of his videos. This is the comment I wrote this morning.

Jeff. Could you please drop this Asian chick? I have no problem with Asians but we don't need another Elliot Rodger situation. You're taking a beautiful Asian women from an Asian male. Please find a nice european and don't let those quality, analytical, logical genes get lost into the increasing number of mixed race peoples. You owe it to your hard fighting ancestral line to produce children that don't spend their lives feeling disconnected from a larger natal family. Life is NOT all puppies and rainbows for mixed race children. There will probably be hundreds of people that read that comment and ignore it but 15 or 20 will get engaged with it and maybe one or two will trickle back to our little sub to wrestle with our ideas. IMO it's all about the 'sweater thread pull' method. Create a little cognitive dissonance in peoples worldview and get them to come over and argue with them in a space they are not familiar with and ideas they are not familiar with. Not everyone is a bad faith jew that is just going to outright reject your ideas. Many white people when confronted with ideas the conflict with their liberal programming will actually feel like they need to engage with our arguments in good faith. That's how I personally stumbled into the alt right. I tried to argue with 'evil racist bigots' and I realized they weren't evil at all, had good points and even more importantly had real data, logic, and history behind their ideas.

I try to make one or two of these narrow and personable marketing comments everyday all across the web and sometime in real life. I don't really have the analytics on how many people that has brought to our sub but I have a feeling that if more of us were engaging in similar strategies our forum and it's ideas would spread despite the heavy censorship we are straitjacketed with.

Excellent strategy. I will definitely mention this from now on.

I can't tell you how many times I've been directed to a great channel or website simply because someone name-dropped it on a wider-audience channel or website.
