Grammar aren't the rules you have to follow or you are bad.
It is the observable rules of a language. If you don't follow them you won't be understood.
If you don't need a comma or full stop to be understood then it wasn't grammatically necessary in that instance.

Good. The only people who should be dedicated to spelling English properly is the English. We are American and will spell words however we want.
