Another video I watched made it appear to me that the ship barely tapped the bridge and it collapsed all at once. Construction workers were on the Francis Scott Key Bridge when the ship hit.... filling pot holes is the official reason.

Thanks for the new video, I was just spitballing based on early reports. It does not look like the ship misjudged the passage at all. Looks like they were trying to stop or avoid something else and hit the bridge because of that maneuver. The bridge was probably unsound to fall like that.
