how much of the settlements do the lawyers get to keep for basically filling in paperwork

is it still around 50% ?

This is a real issue though. My dad was bitching about glyphosate way back in the 1980s.

oh its likely pretty real for some caused cancer for massive exposures

but these lawsuits are a windfall for lawyers who pocket huge amounts of money which should be going to the victims
