Jesus is able to heal any disease, even bring the dead back to life, but who has the faith to receive it? Jesus would not recommend a COVID shot, but would recommend that you turn to him, repent, and ask for healing.

“And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.” Matthew 4:23
