For those that say it didn't do shit... It did exactly what it was released to do.

The creation of the bioweapon virus was published in the Journal of Virology Vol. 82, No. 4. 2008 by Wuhan Lab scientists. They explain step by step how they did it and their future plans for further perfecting the process.
