You really shouldn't. The ideal thing would be trying our best to free everyone from the madness. I'm sure the biggest obstacle for society to become healthy again are the corrupt oligarchies. By accepting their genocide as just not only are you lowering yourself to their level but also abandoning the responsibilities that you have with your own people.

I didn't say I accept their genocide, I am merely stating that I agree that 8 billion is a higher than optimal number of humans for this planet.

I'm sure the biggest obstacle for society to become healthy again are the corrupt oligarchies.
