Since the Nazis considered the Jews a disease listing disease as their cause of death means the cause of death was being a Jew.

There was considerable public outcry when Hitler announced the euthanasia programme for diseased children so it was rolled back and done under the pretense of "we are transporting your child to special hospital for better treatment" followed quickly by "so sorry child died of pneumonia sorry for your loss"

Official reason for death was "pneumonia". This form of pneumonia was typically contracted by breathing too much carbon monoxide.
