Horrux: have you heard of Graham Hancock? His book Magicians of the Gods describes a temple complex (Temple is not the precise word.) in what is now Turkey known as Gobleki Tepe (umlat over the O) that, he says, was built to warn later Earthlings that there is an asteroid/debris field orbiting the sun that is coming around again. Hancock is no hack and his books are many and chock full of footnotes. He is a scholar. You mentioned 12,000 years and Hancock's theory is that we enter the debris field at 12,800 year intervals which would mean Earth will begin feeling the effects of the debris, oh, right about now. Gobleki Tepli was built at the end of the last ice age (the Younger Dryas) and the builders were survivors of what Hancock says we are about to go through. Where did all the CEOs go about two years ago? Have you noticed a change in heavenly events recently? I'm not certain which theory is correct but the timeline sure checks out. If we put your theory and Hancock's in the spin and wash, something interesting might come out. Note that the Biblical flood appears in well over a hundred cultures worldwide and according to a Biblical scholar I sometimes talk to, it happened just about 12,800 years ago.

Yes, Hancock is certainly a reference, although Ben Davidson of suspicious0bservers is also a cited and published scientist.

Then for more interesting stuff there is certainly Robert Sepehr on Youtube, he's an anthropologist.

It seems pretty clear that the reason why our ancient history is so suppressed is to keep the sheeple from knowing how often civilization was wiped out.

I wanted to visit Göbleki Tepe but I am now too much a cripple for that. Oh well.

I have the same problem. My back is a mess and I wear a corset out of the house plus I use Nordic Track poles to keep balance.
