Sometimes it gets a little confusing because the globalists have agents at high levels in different governments using that position to push thier agendas, and sometimes there are just corrupt players who get paid off. But once you look at the totality of all the moving parts it becomes clear that almost no governments don't participate in some way, even when the consequences are all bad for them. The fact that so many desperate people in power can coordinate so effectively and seemingly with foreknowledge indicates that there is another power organizing and directing them.
