This is proof enough that the US is going FULL TOTALITARIAN. You could not criticise the government in totalitarian countries, like the USSR and many others, this is more than enough proof to start a revolution against these so called "Democrats", nothing democratic in silencing the people. It is only fitting for the states to start seceding away into something more independent because this is just full on forced deepthroating of the boot.
