The people behind corporations continue to become more powerful. Because of the way in which Monsanto got mixed up with Bayer recently, I think we should know about the corruption cases they have been involved in.

Because of the way in which Monsanto got mixed up with Bayer recently …

Remember, it's not that Bayer bought up Monsanto. Monsanto managed to let itself absorbed by Bayer in a hostile reversed backflip takeover – to escape the multitude of imminent lawsuits which were prone to happen over Round-up and Glyphosat and alike.

Ever since, the U.S. courts ruled fundamentally in Monsanto's favour – and to no surprise as soon as the merger/take-over was finalised, the first U.S. courts immediately started to rule against Monsanto and to the very detriment of Bayer itself. The damage is done, and the Germans were stupid enough to swallow Monsanto in order to get beaten afterwards. There was fundamental resistance from inside of Bayer to even touch anything Monsanto, they all got overruled through corrupted and well-paid yet arbitrarily acting CEOs and managers in charge. The crashing of Bayer's stock shortly after the take-over is no coincidence and is testament to the fact what convictions were bound to happen.

Either way, Bayer itself stopped existing the moment they acquired Monsanto. Since then, it's Monsanto with a Bayer-badge. It's simpel as that.

Bayer officials even politely asked the FDA officials "please don't say anything about this to the European regulatory agency" while they kept selling it in Europe.

Pure intentional evil.
