That document was published by the Treasury Department in order to comply with a FOI request.....its problematic in many ways....most concerning is that it suggests that Australia is a corporation operating for profit instead of representing the people....

Secondly on page 6 it says the following,

"the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia has prepared this prospectus...."

and then comes,

" The Commonwealth of Australia has not approved any...."

And from this point everything falls apart if you care to look....the UK was replaced by the Sovereign Order of Malta back in 1986.....our politicians work for the Holy See..who systemically rort the people...which is not very catholic....and then you learn how our Government registers ships ...ships that only exist on paper - wierd, actually we all have a ship - a citizenSHIP.........and everything shipping is subject (kinda not really) to Admiralty Law.....and it is not Common Law...so whats going on?

Its not conspiracy cos its legislation...

Why is it that on all my official documents, birth cert, license, passport etc is my name is always in CAPITAL LETTERS...always...why is that?

Absolutely and that it is exactly the reason why we the people must ask questions....and we must stick to those questions until we get answers....and this does not make you a conspiracy theorist......

Just questions...for example we send an ambassor to Holy See, the Holy See certifies the Orders of Chivalry...https://www.icocregister.com/.....and they all have diplomatic immunity underneath the umbrella of the Vatican....who do our politicians represent first...?

The early legislation made the by my state of Victoria is quite telling.....these are all still in force and they were blatant power grabs.....but all power is now in hands of the people cos democracy right...?
