The problem with this statement of yours isn't that it isn't true or that it isn't crucial to understanding the whole thing. IT IS BOTH.

However, the problem is that Joe Average doesn't understand how the guverment being a corporation is a bad thing. After all, they get their salary from a corporation, so it can't be all bad, righgt? Explaining all the implications of the corporate nature of government to a woefully uneducated public is difficult and very time-consuming. And when you consider the attention span of most people and how dry the topic is... I find it unsurprising that your comments of this nature go by fairly thoroughly ignored. Sadly.
