Well the CIA has been related to many assassination events so this is a very good background about what could have been used in such cases.

The CIA developed a heart attack gun decades ago, according to former member Mary Embree. When I think about it, I think people like Udo Ulfkotte were probably murdered in such a way.

Maybe, but I would have died around that age if the 911 response had been a couple minutes slower. People do have heart attacks and die. Was about 15 minutes total from first symptoms to unconsciousness.

Epstein's personal chef (who knew everything about him and his operation) died of a heart attack.

Not sure they used this gun obviously but a very convenient death for many powerful people.
