No report on motive and no description of shooter. So clearly not a white person. Delayed fuse explosive, a bit too complicated for a black person. My guess is a Muslim getting revenge for the doctor abusing his kids in line with the trans agenda.

Law enforcement sources confirm at least nine victims have either been shot, or possibly injured in an explosion.
