It's a place called Pecan Grove in Richmond, TX. The whole neighborhood goes crazy with decorations, it attracts a lot of visitors. I felt bad for the people who lived there, traffic was a nightmare in the subdivision with lines of cars everywhere, but I guess they know that happens and still want to do it.
