Good question. I expect all drivers had a number to call if there was a problem with Johnny Law or some letter to show to an arresting officer. As Traitor Joe himself said, they had one of the best voter fraud groups ever assembled (even better than Bush II's 2004 team) but they were not quite good enough. I just hope the hangings are live streamed.
