Certainly seems like they're trying to start a fake war up there. Otherwise the whole arrest the CNN reporters thing just doesn't make sense. Those officers did say that they only did it because they were ordered to. Not to mention the killing the guy thing that started it all. It totally looked like that officer knew what he was doing. Any other officer would have at least moved his knee from that guy's neck to his head what with all the recording and the concerns voiced from both the victim and the citizens that were there. Even if he was just a scumbag (and he clearly is), but normal self preservation would have changed his actions unless he knew he would get away with it and it looks like he was following orders from someone. He certainly wasn't emotionally motivated. You get more emotion from an automated call from the police fund.
