The raccoon put its face too close too suddenly, to a cat that's a possible attack with fangs when they're not comfortable with the situation. You can see the cat does a half hearted warning strike with claws in.

I wonder if there's a video with a raccoon, cat, and muskrat 😍

Ahh I see, thanks for the cat behavior explanation, wasn't sure what was going on there, it seemed like it was mad that the raccoon was washing his food, which doesn't make sense obviously, lol.

They're being pretty chill. It's fascinating to watch the interspecies non-verbal communication. The racoon understood that was a mild sign of displeasure and doesn't run or fight, he just keeps his snout to himself.
