This has been the plan for many years now and we can see that this past 2 years they've been purging male officers much faster than usual.

All they have to do is acuse someone of sexual assult and they are forced to step down. They are mostly purging officers who are against facism and want freedom to Canada.

In place they always insert their female leaders. As females are much more obident.
