Here is a Reuters article "fact-checking" Dinesh D'Souza and his documentary "2000 Mules".

It says his claims are baseless and then lists what he found. It also says that Georgia allows people to ballot harvest, but it doesn't say that it is only for the disabled or cases of emergency and then only a close family member may turn the ballot in. In Arizona, a family member, household member, or caregiver are the only people allowed to turn in the ballot of another person. Otherwise, it is a class 6 felony.
