Fair Tax with pre-bates would be less manipulative.

In 1932, the people of Wörgl working together, proved the solution is easy and worked so well that the Austrian central bank had it shut down.
 
I did a little more digging to arrive at an even more fundamental thought:
Top-down fiat money is not natural - the idea is unthinkable and abhorrent in nature.
Money is our life force - that no one has the moral right to deny anyone else access to.
