    Just because it's law it don't make it right. "We are trying to keep you safe. "and while we are at it a bit of financial rape on the side. 90 quid! For civil disobedience.

    Yes this new thing of being financially (and arrestably) culpable for defying an LEO (no matter how unreasonable or unlawful their demands) is part of this whole campaign to make everyone passive and subservient.
