It's destroying itself. Arab nations only function under dictatorships, democracy doesn't work there because they are all too corrupt.

the President of the Bank of Lebanon, Riad Salame, was celebrated as the best money manager in the Western world before being accused of hiding a hundred million dollars in personal accounts in the United Kingdom

Or, the European Union’s High Representative, Federica Mogherini, claimed to be helping Lebanon solve its waste crisis while helping the two former prime ministers, Saad Hariri and Najib Mikati, to embezzle a hundred million dollars of this sum.

      Many countries have successful Lebanese minorities. The trouble with modern Western immigration policies is they encouraged the good, hard working and smart people to leave the countries which invested in their education rather than staying and improving things. Those countries just get worse and worse while the West gets rich. Then people in the middle east blame conspiracy theories when actually it's simply the all out in the open western liberal policies.
