Perhaps you're right. In a way yes, if it trickled down to individuals based on socio-economic status only get an allotment of carbon credits to buy things with. The have nots will grow greater and those people will suffer more. But then you have mobilization and people rioting over that system. I hope people wake up before that point and it seems likely things will get better but they have to get worse imo. We're in the midst of this transition imo. You have US presidential candidates challenging establishment narratives and it's okay to go after these topics unlike in the early 2000's.
