How does anyone take this seriously anymore? You can't just skip from Miss <Nation> to Miss Universe! The next logical step would be Miss Earth, and probably Miss Milky Way.

Beauty is a talent. If there are singing contests, there is no reason not to have beauty contests.

I never said otherwise. But the way the contest is structured is extremely unfair to any aliens who may exist.
