Bill Cosby told young black males to pull up their pants and show a little self respect. Suddenly, Bill Cosby had raped EVERY white woman in the eighties! Not to say that Cosby and/or Brand didn't rape and abuse their fair share of women, celebrities are by default, fucking evil monsters, but they don't get called out on their bad behavior until they go against THE SCRIPT.
