Indigenous Māori and Pacific Island patients are given a higher priority on the list, pushing down white New Zealanders and other ethnicities.

I would be curious to see how the laws were written, and later promulgated through the various agencies.

My suspicion is that the Pacific Islanders and the indigenous maōri are New Zealand nationals, and have natural rights, which moves their superior legal persons to the front of the legal queue.

The marginalized population are the (2nd class) citizens.

The NWO operates by hiding in plain sight.

If you know how they think, and you learn about jurisdiction and legal personality, and actual law (not the bullshit focused on in law school), then you see they're doing the same things over and over.

And you recognizing the basic steps that can be taken to shut it down. .

They focus on the legal systems. These systems must have international legal overlap, so they have to act consistently internationally.

They've carved out a superior legal status (national) for themselves, and they don't teach about it in law school.

They aren't a creative bunch.

This isn't "sovereign" citizen bullshit.

It's the law as it is written, and applied.
