The fact that our society has determined that a bunch of idiots screaming the same three words over and over again is somehow an effective and important aspect of free speech is just sad.

I've tried chatting with activist types in my younger days and I do think the young ones got it spot on with the "NPC" meme. They seem unable to think about what they are in support of beyond regurgitating other people's talking points more or less word for word and braindead slogans.
