They are doing this because in a criminal trial, they have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump committed said act of violence. In a civil case, you need "a preponderance of evidence," a much lower bar. The case is in Manhattan, because they know Democrats run the place. The New York City council doesn't have a single Republican on it. Not one.
