The Astrazeneca vaccine isn't RNA based though.

It's a normal vaccine like the flu jab.

True. They are still using an accelerated method to create the RNA they are inserting into the carrier virus https://www.bbc.com/news/health-55302595 but there's no data on evaluation of the prion production by that process.
