Um, last I checked Islam wasn't a race so why are they calling it racial hatred instead of a totally reasonable opinion of a hateful, backwards religion? And I'm not generally for book burning, but if you're going to burn a book that's a good choice. Also, waaah, someone burned their magic document, cry me a river.

Religion gets included race hate laws in Europe because conflicts between different groups who think they are separate races simply because they are different religious but aren't are probably more common than actual racial conflict. The Yugoslavian conflict is the obvious example.
