My comment was meant as a bit of a joke. Jason carswell is a user of this form and he was recently instructed to thin down his long list of subs that he moderates at this forum.

Do you know one of the problems that I think exists in these forums is that we let just any douchebag start randomly creating subs, when the subs should be created and managed by a oversight or team or like a librarian.. you wouldn't just let people come into a library and start reclassifying the Dewey decimal system would you? No of course not that is handled by the librarian or probably by an agency that defines that category categorization system for the entire country or for the world I don't know how that works. Individuals have the privilege at a library to write books and have them submitted to the library, but you wouldn't allow them to start adding categories to the library.

Allowing just anybody to create new subs creates a circus.
