Yeah, that's definitely spam.

Brand new accounts promoting some random Indian or wherever business?

Yep. We get a lot of those (and Australians for some reason).

The spammers are usually more blatant with the flood of posts. It would be nice to have a clear guide to know what's worth our time (and yours) to report.

If it's an ad: report it; we'll work out if it breaks the rules or not when we see it.
