Why should they rush... Her legs don't appear to be bleed so bad, ie. no arterial spurting, so it's not a big difference between being quick, and the pace they are moving at in this video. She doesn't look like she needs a tourniquet either, for the same reason. We don't tend to move very quickly, unless we have to, and it doesn't look like they have to here.
