This happens all the time in my neighborhood (China). We call it the 'brush and crush'.

Geesh, one minute you're illegally passing a truck on a road with your honey on the back and the next she's crushed and dead because of a mishmash of irresponsible idiots (the door open guy and the driver of the bike)

I especially like the worker who sees what happened, pauses, picks up some trash and continues his daily business.

The driver..... Slowly takes his time to lock car.... Human life means nothing

It's such a convolution of coincidences that make me certain I'd never do the same thing. Passing through such a narrow passge w/ a moving truck and parked cars is near suicidal enough.

It looks like the truck managed to run over her butt, not the head. I wonder what caused the death. Maybe the pain was enough to kill her.
