VehicleMotorcyclist Tries to Overtake Scooterist, Crashes, Convulses on Ground

In this video, a scooterist can be seen slowly driving by when a motorcyclist comes zooming in. The scooterist, not noticing the motorcyclist, makes a right turn. The motorcyclist crashes into him and both of them fall to the ground. Both are not wearing helmets! The scooterist suffers minor injuries and manages to get up but the same cannot be said about the motorcyclist. His head smashed against the hard ground in a bad way, causing him to start convulsing uncontrollably as people watch and scream. One guy even has his bowl of food out and continues eating as this happens.

If he had been wearing a helmet he would still be alive. Very survivable crash

Nice fencing response. Are we sure this guy died because that actually happens quite frequently in sports injuries and most people recover. I've had it happen to me a couple of times in my life doing martial arts and equestrian stuff.

idk, that scooter guy just doesn't signal or anything, makes a very slow and very sharp turn without any notice.
