In this surveillance video recorded from some kind of terminal (maybe an airport?), a man in green shirt can be seen moving towards an electric fan. The moment he touches the fan, he gets electrocuted and goes into a weird pose with his eyes bulging out. Meanwhile, an employee nearby doesn't realize (or care) at all and just leaves his spot as the man continues to die beside him. A brave man in white approaches the victim and TOUCHES him. The electric fan sparks, surprising the brave man in white, and the victim falls.

Personal opinion, it's strange how normal looking appliances can electrocute you to death without any visible signs that the equipment is broken. How does one know when not to touch something if there's no water around electrical appliances? One thing I've learned after watching lots of videos of electrocution is that it's better to not touch public poles whether or not you see water. But with simple home or office appliances, it's harder to tell.

My only guess is that the fan is an old damaged piece of crap. Maybe it had some frayed insulation or wiring that allowed the metal frame to be in contact with live wires, and zap.

The way the guy just doesn't give a shit, and squeeze past him...

Fucking weird how the guy on the right doesn't even care... wtf was he thinking???

Why is everybody so mad at the other guy? He doesn’t have a magical sixth sense that tells him when someone is in danger nearby. Do you stare directly into your co-workers’ face every time you have to squeeze by them to make sure they haven’t actually died standing up? The dude even looks like he could be just pulling a big goofy yawn in that moment. Amazing how people on here forget that people in surveillance cam snuff videos aren’t actually AWARE that they’re in a surveillance cam snuff video.

Tbh I was concerned for the safety of the man that moved him. How did he not get shocked as well?

Also thanks for the description as usual. Gave me a good chance to steel myself going into this.

You're very welcome! Yeah, it's strange how the other person did not get electrocuted as well!

Whatever the reason, he's very lucky. In a way it's also fortunate that the older man had not noticed anything was wrong, as the older man might have touched him before understanding that he was being electrocuted. The older man might not have been as lucky as the man in white.

Why did the guy's face darken, though? Does our blood pool in our faces during electrocution, or was that the electricity burning his skin tissue?

I actually didn't notice the darkening of the face! That's interesting. Usually with electrocution videos, either the victim just falls down to the ground or they go up in flames. I never noticed their faces before, probably because most videos don't focus on it. I guess the electricity does cook the person from within so it can darken you. Maybe that's the stage before a victim goes up in flames?

Probably because of the shoes or whatever he wore, could have been some kind of carpet under his feet where he stood.
