In this video, a woman can be seen crossing the road. Almost at the same time, a nearby tractor starts reversing. For some reason, the woman failed to notice the reversing tractor that was right in front of her. She first gets hit by the thing hanging from behind the tractor, which knocks her down. The driver of the tractor doesn't realize this and continues reversing, finally crushing and ending the woman.

Personal opinion, this was an accident that was totally avoidable. Industrial machine/vehicles like that usually have loud sounds when they are reversing. Aside from that, the tractor was literally in front of the woman. It's hard to fault the operator of this tractor, especially since the lady seemed to have been at the blind spot of the tractor and she was the one who seemed to not be paying attention to her surroundings, even her front.
