The first video seems to be from one of the dash cameras of a parked vehicle. At the 37 second mark of the video, you'll see a white car losing control, crashing into the side of the road where multiple vendors are stationed. The video then switches to the point of view of a witness recording the aftermath of the event. It can be seen that quite a number of people have been gravely wounded, while at least one person's dead. Someone's trying to revive this person via CPR but to no avail. It's a very bloody scene.

Personal opinion, I think it's sad that these vendors got smashed like that. Although it's amazing that some of them seem to have survived, I think it's actually a terrible thing because they won't be able to work and they've probably suffered a lot of broken bones. Will some of them even be able to stand? It was a very horrible crash. It seems like a video from a poor country, so if you're a vendor on the side of the road from one of those places, you're already not even earning enough money to have a comfortable life. They were already probably struggling to survive to begin with, and now with this horrific accident, it just adds even more hardship into their lives.
