In this video, a family can be seen walking in the middle of the road instead of the sidewalk for some reason. A black vehicle then zooms in and hits them from behind with such speed that it sends most of the family members flying. Unfortunately for the little kid, she (kid looks to be wearing a skirt) ends up getting crushed under the car's wheels. The camera then zooms in on the kid and it can be seen that there's a dark pool of blood forming under her head. Blood then begins to flow more freely, traveling down the street, after some time. The driver of the vehicle then approaches the kid and upon realizing that she just crushed this kid's head, she begins to be overcome with panic and sadness. She begins caressing the child's head as a crowd forms around them. The local neighborhood stray dogs also seem to be curious about the situation and they check out the dead kid which causes them to also panic.

A second camera view shows what happened offscreen when the car first hit the family. In this view, it can be seen that the mother finally lands on the ground but kept getting pushed by the car forward. Lucky for her, she was not crushed and killed. The driver gets out of her car and checks on the mom, but as soon as she sees the unresponsive kid a few meters behind, she starts running towards her.

Personal opinion, although I think the driver is primarily at fault here (how could you not see an entire family in the middle of the road from a good distance away?!), I also think that the family shouldn't have been walking in the middle of the road in the first place even if it seems empty. Careless drivers like the one in the video could show up at any time, thinking that since they're on an empty road, it's fine to speed and be distracted. This is the result of that. Poor little kid is dead because of bad decisions and the inattentiveness of adults.
