How would you feel? He sounds black, and people with his skin color get gunned down for much, much less (12 year old having a toy gun, reaching for a wallet, or just being near a cop on a bad day). Then you see this white dude actively threatening a police officer with a large stick, and the cop waits like, 5 minutes before finally shooting him.

If the guy with the stick was black, he would have been shot immediately when the cop responding jumped out of his car.

It took 12 shots in the kill box to stop him. Thats PCP or full on crazy talking. You could have tazed him a hundred times and he wouldn't have even felt it. Don't fuck with crazy, just shoot it.
