Is this what overdosing on marijuana looks like?

I don't mind this kind of punishment being doled out to actual child-molesters and rapists and stuff, but I doubt this guy got anything close to a fair trial. In countries where they do this kind of shit, "law and order" aren't the highest priorities. Really all it takes to get killed like this is for someone who doesn't like you to go to the local militia/terrorist group and say "Hey, I heard so-and-so is a child molester" and bam, you can get anyone you don't like killed.

Unless they literally caught him in the act, then this could just be some random guy getting killed for no reason.
