The bit when she says "Most is full of gypsies"? How is that racist? Where did she demonstrate hatred? And to whom, gypsies are not a race? And anyway, thats like saying "Ireland is full of Caucasians". Would that be racist?

That is still racism to an extent. It might not be negative per se, but it sort of promotes racism socially.

But the comment about gypsies is even more racist because that would usually carry a negative connotation, while your example would carry a neutral or positive connotation among people.
