Not worth it. I used to drive fast when I was younger too, up to 200km/h in my car. As I got older I realized what a dumbfuck I was and never done it again.

The funny thing is young people have less to lose, because even though they have more potential years ahead of them, they're not yet in the role of provider.

Exactly. And younger people still haven't worked as much as the older ones. They still haven't experienced the richness and full beauty (or terror) of being alive. Meanwhile, some random drunk speeding kid who wants to impress some girls accidentally kills a 40 year old mother who is working hard to raise her kids right and give them a beautiful future, and of course she has friends, family, co-workers who will miss her a lot. The consequences of vanity in the modern day often leads to the suffering of another person.

Ya I used to do dumb shit like that too. I think the highest I remember getting was around 180kmh all jacked up on coke. Even then, in my false sense of confidence I knew I was near death. Glad to say I'm not such a fucking idiot any more, but holy fuck I see some morons driving... fully grown adults acting like children...
