I think the concept of "empathy" is a lie, it's "echo chamber level" actually. The industry want more high "echo chamber level" people, therefore they create this BS concept.

I think I get what you think, but emphaty have a clear definition: "Empathy is the capacity to understand or feel what another person is experiencing from within their frame of reference, that is, the capacity to place oneself in another's position. Definitions of empathy encompass a broad range of emotional states."

How to test it? No method.

But you can being an echo chamber to looks like fulfil their standard.

Perhaps a simple choice test isn't sufficient, but it can still tell a lot. And get some idea about a persons personality
