wow...the guy in the kebab shop had some good opporunities to get away. For some reason, he was determined that that spot behind the cooler was his only option.

I always assumed I'd freeze up, which is what seemed to happen, but he did have quite a long opportunity to run the same way the other man did, strange that he didn't try

Maybe he'd already been shot when the guy opens up on him outside the shop?

That's true, even if it didn't seriously hurt him I imagine he'd be in shock.

Maybe he was trying to play dead and hope.the shooter would ignore him...but if so he did a bad job of it.
